Our recruitment ensures that only those guards who fulfill the desired requisites laid down by the company are selected. The pre-requisites include:
- A minimum height of height of 5’6”
- Minimum education of being a high school matriculate, enabling him to understand the nuances of the post
- Ability to read and write in Hindi and English, and additional local language in the state where he may get deployment
- Medically fit with perfect eyesight, duly certified by a registered medical practioner
- Should posses a smart, well built, presentable and intelligent personality
